Admission regulations for foreign citizens
Medical treatment (medical services) regulations for foreign citizens at the FSBI "The academician S.N. Fyodorov IRTC “Eye Microsurgery” of the Minzdravsocrazvitiya of Russia the Krasnodar Branch
These regulations are worked out according to the Russian Federation health legislation and medical care insurance, Federal law “115-FL dated 25.07.2002 “Concerning foreign citizens legal situation in the Russian Federation” (with changes dated 30.06.2003), “Medical treatment regulations for foreign citizens in the Russian Federation”, affirmed by the Government Regulation of the Russian Federation dated 1.09.2005 № 546, Public Health Service Order of the Russian Federation dated 25.11.1993 №280 “Concerning medical treatment regulations for CIS citizens, other former USSR citizens and non-CIS countries citizens”, Provision “Concerning financial security, medical support and housing services guarantees administration of foreign citizens and stateless persons for the period of their stay in the Russian Federation”, affirmed by the Government Regulation of the Russian Federation №167 dated 24.03.2003, other regulatory legal acts, regulating legal relations in the system of medical treatment (medical services) for foreign citizens in the Russian Federation.
- These regulations define:
- Medical services organization and order at Krasnodar Branch of “The academician S.N. Fyodorov FSI IRTC “Eye Microsurgery” of Rosmedtechnology” (hereafter – the Establishment);
- Order of payment for medical services provided in the Establishment.
- The Establishment provides all foreign citizens, visiting the Russian Federation at the invitation of the Establishment, temporary residents (with registration for the treatment period in the Establishment) or domiciling in the Russian Federation with medical services.
- Documents, required for invitation:
- Copy of passport (all pages, which have marks, the expiry date – more than 6 months after the last date of the journey), if the child doesn’t have the passport, please, send us a copy of passport page where he is mentioned;
- Place of work (address, telephone number), position information;
- Terms of visit the Russian Federation, visa data (single or double entry), authority place (city with the Russian Federation consulate);
- Medical documents (medical eye examination data).
- Medical services for foreign citizens in the Establishment are provided on the commercial basis at the prices in accordance with the effective in the Establishment price list for foreign citizens, at the personal expenses of CIS citizens, other former USSR citizens and non-CIS countries citizens, or at the expenses of organizations and establishments, admitting the specified citizens under agreements and cooperation contracts.
- Medical services for foreign citizens in the Establishment are provided according to the contract providing paid medical services.
- After finishing foreign citizens’ treatment the Establishment provides patient’s medical history with hospital stay terms, as well as diagnostic and treatment services. The official language for filling medical documents, sending from the Russian Federation to another country, is Russian language.
At the foreign citizen’s request medical history may be provided in German or English languages.
